Clean kitchen equipment and the kitchen area according to instructions
Manage and clean dry storage, walk-in fridge, and freezers

Food Handler Certification (preferred)
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience

Responsibilities:
Strip laundry and set up new linens from rooms.
Dust and vacuum living area.
Mop and detail tiled areas and fixtures in the washroom.
Complete laundry, including pressing.
Replace room supplies.
Follow instructions from the housekeeping manager.
Requirements:
Knowledge of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
Attention to detail.
Understanding of the need for cleanliness.
Ability to lift items up to 40 lbs.
Prioritize quality.
Qualifications:
Own vehicle.
Ability to access digital schedule.

Performing opening duties.
Food preparation of soups, stocks, sauces, dressings, baking breads, desserts, side vegetables, and proteins.
Cleaning dishes and pans used for prep.
